Opener Smriti Mandhana scored a half-century of 55*(39) while Shafali Verma scored 26*(28) for India as they chased down the narrow target. Smriti Mandhana's innings included nine fours and a six. Bangladesh, who batted first, were kept under control by Renuka Singh, who took three wickets and conceded only ten runs in four overs.
