NEW DELHI: Recent speculation about a potential marriage between Olympic athletes Manu Bhaker and Neeraj Chopra has been addressed by both their families. The rumours gained traction after Bhaker and Chopra were seen together at a post-Olympics event, with Bhaker accompanied by her mother, Sumeda Bhakar. The friendly interactions captured in pictures and videos fueled the marriage speculation.

In response to the rumours, Manu Bhaker's father, Ram Kishan Bhaker, clarified, "Manu is very young and not yet of marriageable age. We are not considering marriage at this time. Neeraj is like a son to Manu's mother."
