Singer P Susheela hospitalized; health condition satisfactory, say doctors

CHENNAI: Famous playback singer P Susheela has been hospitalized. She was admitted to a private hospital in Alwarpet on Saturday night following severe stomach ache. Reports said she has some kidney ailments. Hospital authorities said that her health condition is satisfactory. 88-year-old Susheela has five times received the national award for the best playback singer.
