THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The actress who filed a complaint against Jayasurya said that the sexual assault took place on the location of 'Pigman'. The actress said that after reacting that day, there was no trouble from the actor. The revelation was made while the actress was talking to the media in Thiruvananthapuram.

The words of the actress:

I have never done things that would cause hardship to someone, financially or otherwise. I have been in Thiruvananthapuram for the last 12 years. My husband died of cancer in 2015. All these years I have been living in the same house near Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram. I like this place. No one has said anything bad to me here. I am safe here. I have been a social worker for 19 years. I feel more proud saying that I am a social worker than when I say I am a movie actress.

The incident related to the case took place in 2013. The movie titled 'Pigman' was directed by Avira Rebecca. The first day of shooting was in an old building where pigs were raised. Ramya Nambeessan was there that day. Junior artists were not given any respect usually. Being a social worker, the director called me and introduced me to actor Jayasurya and heroine Ramya Nambeessan.

The office scene was happening next. As I had to sit for a long time, I put on makeup and went to the washroom. When I was coming back... I didn't see who it was...suddenly someone grabbed me. Scared, I cried and pushed him away. His hand was strong. When I pushed him, he took two steps back. I said that no matter how great an actor you are, I do not like it. He apologized after that.

I was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. He was talking about it. "You're a social worker. You're doing a lot of good things, and I really like that," he said. All this happened in just two minutes. He also asked if I would tell the director about this. Since I didn't want to spoil his image and he is a good actor, I said that I will not tell anyone.

When I told him that it was my first film and I am tense, he said, "Be cool, wipe the tears and go put on make-up once more. Now we will be good friends. I won't even touch you." There was no further problems. That day I told my husband and close friends about it.

I still have his number. When he sees my status about poor families, he asks for their number to help them. He never once spoke ill of me. I respect him for that one thing. And if you ask why I am telling you this now after being friends with him, we are just normal friends who talk about social work related things. But I will never forget what he did to me that day.
