'Molestation complaint against Nivin Pauly is false, digital evidence can be produced'; Vineeth Srinivasan declares support for Nivin Pauly

KOCHI: Actor-director Vineeth Srinivasan has said that the molestation complaint against Nivin Pauly is false. Vineet said that Nivin was shooting with him and was not in Dubai on the days alleged in the complaint. The director says that Nivin was with him for shooting Varshangalkku Shesham. He also said that digital evidence for this can also be produced.

The woman has given a statement that she was molested by a group of people including Nivin Pauly in Dubai in the months of November and December. More people are coming forward in support of Nivin when the special investigation team is about to start action in the case registered by the Kothamangalam Oonnukal police. However, the complainant stated that she does not remember the days when the abuse took place. The woman also stated that she would give a detailed statement to the investigation team in this regard.

The Oonnukal police have registered an FIR against Nivin Pauly and five others on serious charges including rape. The actor had stated in a press conference that the allegations are false and that he will approach the High Court seeking quashing of the FIR. MK Sunil, the second accused in the case, has also stated that legal action will be taken against the complainant.
