Youth arrested for stabbing sister over cinema outing with friend

PALAKKAD: A youth was arrested for stabbing his sister who went to the cinema with a friend. Suresh's daughter Arya (19), was attacked by her brother Sooraj.

The incident happened around 5:30 am today. Arya's head and leg were injured in the attack. The girl is currently undergoing treatment at the district hospital. It is reported that the injury is not serious.
