Newly married woman dies while working out at gym in Kochi

KOCHI: In a terrible incident, a woman collapsed and died while working out in a gym in Kochi. Arundhati (24 years), a native of Wayanad died in the incident. Arundhati, from Sharada Nivas in RMV Road, had married just eight months ago. Rahul is her husband.

It was after marriage that Arundhati moved to Kochi. The tragedy happened while working out at the gym on Tuesday morning. Arundhati was walking on the treadmill when suddenly, she felt unconscious and collapsed.

As soon as the incident was noticed, the people present at the gym took her to a hospital, but her life couldn’t be saved. After the post-mortem, Arundhati's body will be taken to her native Wayanad.
