There are indications of Al Qaeda presence in Helmand, Ghazni, Laghman, Parwan, Zabul and Nangarhar areas. Intelligence report that Al Qaeda is preparing for a strong comeback after the Iraq war. Hamza is the fifteenth of bin Laden's twenty children. Al Qaeda last released a statement in Hamza's name in 2018.
