Prithviraj buys second luxurious house in Mumbai for Rs 30 crore

MUMBAI: Actor Prithviraj’s production company has purchased a luxurious duplex apartment for Rs 30 crores in Mumbai. The duplex is of 2971 sq ft in Pali Hills, Bandra. The residence was bought in the name of the actor’s company Prithviraj Productions Limited.

The information was released by the real estate agency Square Yards.

The registration was done on September 12. Rs 1.84 crore was paid as stamp duty and registration fee of Rs 30,000. Four car parking spaces are there. The actor and his wife already own a luxury apartment in the same area valued at Rs 17 crore.

Ranveer Singh, Tripti Dimri, K L Rahul, Athiya Shetty and others also have luxury residences in Bandra Pali Hills. Actress and M P Kangana Ranaut bought a house here for Rs 20 crore in 2017 and sold it for Rs 32 crore.
