Kerala couple brushes with death after car falls into well

IDUKKI: In one miraculous escape, a couple rubbed shoulders with death after their car fell into a well in Pancode Kolenchery. The couple were going to Aluva from Kottarakkara when the car lost control and fell into a 15ft deep well.

What more terrifying was that the well had five feet of water when the car accidentally fell inside it. Karthik M. Anil (27) and Vismaya (26), both natives of Aluva Kompara, were brought out under the leadership of Pattimattom Fire Force Officer NH Assignar. According to the couple, the car went out of control after coming in contact with an irregular bump on the asphalt.

The car crashed into a wall and then went descending into the well. The couple suffered no injuries in the accident while the vehicle was extricated with the help of a crane.
