'Not just Salman Khan...' ; gangster Lawrence Bishnoi reveals hit list to investigation team

NEW DELHI: The NIA team interrogated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi about his involvement in the killing of NCP leader Baba Siddique. More details of the investigation into the murder are now emerging. National media India Today on Monday released the Bishnoi gang’s hit list that have the names of many elites.

The news about the hit list came out during interrogation by the National Investigation Agency in jail. It is reported that Salman Khan and other popular gangsters have been mentioned in the list. In 1998, Salman Khan hunted blackbucks while shooting a film in Rajasthan. This infuriated the Bishnoi community and over the years, the grudge transformed into a maddening rage with gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi.

Lawrence Bishnoi had previously revealed that the poaching of the blackbuck, which the Bishnoi community considers sacred, had hurt the sentiments of the community members and hence his aide Sampath Nehra had been monitoring the actor's Mumbai residence to kill Salman.

Salman Khan is the first name in the group's hit list. This group had made attempts to eliminate the actor but to no avail. Bishnoi gang is also eyeing Sidhu Moose Wala’s manager Shaganpreet Singh. The Bishnoi gang has alleged that Singh had prepared a hideout for the murderers of Vicky Midukhera, a former close aide of Lawrence Bishnoi.

In 2022, Sidhu Moose Wala was killed by Bishnoi gang in Mohali, Punjab. In addition to this, it is reported that many gang leaders are also included in the list.
