Sexual assault case: Siddique makes crucial move, files affidavit in Supreme Court

NEW DELHI: Actor Siddique has made a crucial move in the Supreme Court in the sexual assault case against him. With the apex court set to consider the case tomorrow, the actor has filed an affidavit in court. In his affidavit, Siddique stated that he had appeared before the investigating officer and had handed over the evidence and phone number details as demanded by the police.

He pointed out that he does not have any old phones in his possession and that he does not use an iPad. He also stated that the police followed him illegally and that he had complained about it. The written reply given by the police to this complaint has also been included in the affidavit.
