Language barrier seldom proves a hindrance when it comes to supporting actor Allu Arjun. Since his nascent stage in movies, the Telugu actor has amassed lakhs of followers from Kerala. And now, the Pushpa actor has broken another record in terms of remuneration. Reportedly, Allu will receive Rs 300 crore for 'Pushpa 2'. This has been reported by the Times of India citing Track Tollywood.

Earlier, it was reported that Vijay will be paid Rs 275 crore for 'Dalapati 69' directed by H Vinod. This was touted as the highest payment for an actor in India after Shah Rukh Khan's 250 crore salary for his movie ‘Jawaan’.

'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is one of the most anticipated films at the Indian box office this year. Expected to hit the theatres in the first week of December, fans are already elated over the impending release. It is reported that the film has earned Rs 1,085 crore through pre-release businesses alone.

'Pushpa: The Rise' (2021) took the box office by storm and elevated Allu Arjun to a pan-Indian level popularity. The sequel directed by Sukumar is made under a Rs 500 crore budget.
