The speculation, which has been widely circulated on social media, was firmly denied by the actress in a recent interview.

Nayanthara clarified that she has not made any alterations to her face. She stated that her appearance may have evolved over time due to changes in her lifestyle, including a strict diet, which has impacted her weight and facial features. She explained, “The reason people think my face is changing is because of the changes in my forehead over the years, as I follow a strict diet. So, the weight also changed.”

Revealing a bit about her beauty routine, Nayanthara shared that before every red carpet event, she takes special care to groom her eyebrows meticulously. "I spend enough time making it perfect," she said, attributing part of her polished look to this beauty regimen. In response to the plastic surgery rumors, she quipped, "You can pinch my cheeks. You know there is no plastic here."
