Bus overturns in Pathanamthitta, 10 injured, two in critical condition

PATHANAMTHITTA: More than ten people were injured, with two in critical condition, when a private bus overturned in Pazhakulam, Adoor, on its route to Kayamkulam. The accident occurred around 5:00 p.m. when the bus, reportedly carrying a full load of passengers, struck a roadside post and overturned.

Local residents rushed to assist in the rescue operation, helping the injured passengers to nearby hospitals. Many were taken to the Adoor Taluk Hospital and a nearby private facility. Hospital authorities noted that the two critically injured individuals may be transferred to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College for advanced treatment if required.
