THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The CPM state secretariat sought a reinvestigation in the Kodakara hawala case soon after the allegation of Tirur Satheesh, former office secretary of BJP in Thrissur. The allegations of Satheesh are quite serious. The opinion raised in the party secretariat is to seek legal options in the case.

Rahul Mamkootathil, the UDF candidate of Palakkad, had asserted that there is a competition between the Enforcement Directorate and Kerala Police to save K Surendran in the Kodakara money heist case. K Surendran responded that he has no time to respond against something uttered without proof.

While talking to the media in Thrissur, Surendran said that he is an accused in 346 cases and that he has not challenged law even in a single case. Central agencies need evidence to investigate the case. Not responding to fake personalities like Rahul Mamkootathil. Surendran said that he clearly knows who is behind this.
