Woman found dead in Muvattupuzha when husband returns from work

MUVATTUPUZHA: Wife of a migrant worker was found dead inside the house. The incident happened in Muvattupuzha Thrikalathur Kavumpadi. The dead is Rina Bibi (26) of Murshidabad in Bengal. She was found hanging from the window of her bedroom at her residence.

Rina and her husband Nurul Islam (34) have been staying in the building owned by Kanjirakkat Unnikrishnan, for a year. Police said Nurul Islam, a construction worker, found his wife dead when he returned home in the evening after work.

Muvattupuzha police reached the spot and took further steps. The body has been shifted to the mortuary of Muvattupuzha General Hospital for post-mortem.
