'Hema committee showed betrayal of trust', says actress Mala Parvathy

KOCHI: Actress Mala Parvathy lashed out against the Hema committee report saying that the committee betrayed her.

“I revealed to them the experience I had in the industry. I also told them some unruly incidents that I happened to hear from other sources. I requested them not to include my name in the report and expressed my decision to not proceed with a legal case. ” Said Mala Parvathy.

The actress has now approached the Supreme Court against the Hema Committee report.

“It is not right to file a case on account of the statement. The special investigation team is calling the filmmakers and harassing them. Even people having no links to the case are being harassed now. I have already told them about my wish to not proceed with any case over my statements. It is for the same reason that I have now approached the Supreme Court. “ said Mala Parvathy.
