THRISSUR: The court’s permission has been obtained for further investigation in the Kodakara black money case. The permission was granted by Irinjalakuda Additional Sessions Court. The chargesheet should be filed within 90 days. The order for further investigation was in the context of the disclosure of former BJP office secretary Tirur Satheesh.

Satheesh revealed that black money transactions were held focusing around the BJP office. The Kodakara black money case is an incident where money was stolen in Kodakara. An investigation was conducted in the case and a chargesheet was filed. BJP leaders were witnesses in it. Many including BJP state president K Surendran were only witnesses in this case.

BJP office secretary Tirur Satheesh’ disclosure is different from that. He said money was brought to the BJP office for party leaders. In the wake of this revelation, a special investigation team was appointed to investigate the possibility of further investigation.
