Will Kerala Congress (M) leave LDF? Jose K Mani clears the air

NEW DELHI: Kerala Congress (M) party chairman Jose K Mani denied the news of his party returning to UDF before the assembly elections. Jose K Mani dismissed the news as rumours and confirmed not conducting any discussion on the matter.

“The news came out of thin air. The media should have verified before jumping to put the news on headlines. Kerala Congress (M) was expelled from the UDF. The agenda behind the news was to help UDF in Kerala minding the current political climate.

Kerala Congress (M) would stand firm with LDF, leave no doubt. No religious leaders intervened in our decision to join the alliance with LDF.” Said Jose K Mani.

Earlier, there were reports of Kerala Congress (M) returning to UDF after reaching an agreement over assembly seats in Pala and Kaduthuruthy.
