KOCHI: The survivor has requested to hold the final hearing of the actress attack case in an open court. She has filed a plea on it in the trial court. False things are being circulated against her regarding the trial. In her plea, she has demanded that the final hearing be held in an open court to reveal the true aspects of the trial. The plea is likely to be considered by the Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court today.

The survivor had filed a contempt plea in the trial court against former DGP Sreelekha's statement that there is no evidence against accused actor Dileep. She had also written a letter to the President seeking justice. She wrote a letter to the President seeking justice in the context of the High and Supreme Courts not taking action in the case of opening and examining the memory card containing the footage of attacking her.

It was also proven in the scientific examination that this memory card was opened and examined thrice while it was in the custody of the court. Her complaint said though approached the Supreme Court to find the people who committed this crime and take action, no action was taken.

It is the courts who should find the people who examined the memory card and take action. However, in the absence of any action from their side, a letter has now been written to the President, seeking administrative action against the judiciary.
