Movie buffs are always fond of the beauty secrets of Bollywood divas. There are a lot of tales on how fans tried to go size zero like Kareena Kapoor. Disha Patani is one of the actresses who follow a strict lifestyle and fitness routine. Her secret to beauty has caught the attention of the netizens. She says that what we eat is what reflects on our skin and body.

Disha tries never to miss her gym. She works out six days a week. The seventh day is her ‘cheat day’. She also skips the gym when she feels lazy, but later works out to compensate her laziness. She trains in gymnastics, weight training and martial arts as well. The actress also avoids junk foods. A trip to her favourite place after the completion of each movie is part of her routine as well.

Disha’s biggest beauty tip is to drink water. She drinks 10 glasses of water a day. Juices without sugar are also part of her diet. After her exercise, Disha eats food rich in protein. She divides her daily food intake into six or eight. Disha follows her diet chart strictly even on movie sets.

On the work front, Disha will be seen in ‘Malang’ directed by Mohit Soori.
