NEW DELHI: KPCC president K Sudhakaran MP said that the BJP is resorting to violence, false cases, and fake propaganda in Parliament to divert attention from the massive public outrage across the country against Union Home Minister Amit Shah for insulting BR Ambedkar. He called upon all believers in democracy to protest against this.

"The attacks and physical assaults by BJP MPs on Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi, and other INDIA alliance leaders are dark stains in the history of Parliament. The nation and the Dalit communities were insulted. The BJP's anti-Dalit face has been exposed once again by its action of insulting the architect of the Constitution, BR Ambedkar. The BJP tried to silence the top leaders of the Congress by physically assaulting them and filing cases against them. There will be a strong protest against this across the country," Sudhakaran said.
