Mammootty and Mohanlal defeated; Suresh Gopi emerges victorious

KOCHI: Suresh Gopi defeated Mammootty and Mohanlal at the AMMA family reunion. Suresh Gopi's team came first in the friendly football match organized in the name of superstars. The football match was for ten minutes. The contestants who are movie stars lined up in three teams led by Mammootty, Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi. Two teams selected through lucky draw were the first to play against each other.

The first match was between the teams of Mammootty and Suresh Gopi. Suresh Gopi's team won in this. Then there was a match between Mammootty's team who lost the first match and Mohanlal's team. Mohanlal's team won in this match. Suresh Gopi team won in the final when it competed with Mohanlal team. All three teams were honoured with trophies. IM Vijayan was the referee.

Team Mammootty- Tiny Tom, Rajeev Pillai, Shaju Sridhar, Kailash, Unni Sivapal, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Manuraj, Samriddhi Tara, Kottayam Naseer.

Team Mohanlal- Shobi Thilakan, Vineeth Kumar, Munna, Anju Aravind, Tesni Khan, Ramya Panicker, Narain, Manasa Radhakrishnan, Shruti Lakshmi, Sudhir, Niranjan

Team Suresh Gopi- Bhagat Manuel, Nasser Latif, Vidhya Vinu Mohan, Gayatri Suresh, Kuku Parameswaran, Shivada, Sharafuddin

AMMA's family reunion is in progress in Kochi. The event is being held at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium. Nadirsha is the show director. Officials said that the amount collected through the show will be used to provide lifetime life-saving medicines to the members of AMMA.
