A case of unnatural death was earlier registered in the death of Vijayan and his son. Their names were mentioned in the letter written by Vijayan to the KPCC leadership explaining the financial transactions related to the Urban Bank appointment scam. The letter stated that if death happens due to mental trauma, they will be responsible for it and they will also be responsible for the loss caused to his children and family.
The handwriting of the letter written to KPCC and the letter written to his son will be subjected to scientific examination. The investigation team had taken the mobile phones of Vijayan and his son Jijesh into custody the other day. These are being examined with the help of the cyber cell.
