THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As per the latest report, Police will question Neyyattinkara Gopan Swamy’s relatives again after the Circle Inspector pointed out contradictions in many statements. Despite the preliminary autopsy report, Doctors haven’t yet ruled out chances of unnatural death in the case.
The actual cause of death would be known only after the release of the chemical test results. The chemical test is required to know the exact time of death. There were no injuries or wounds on Gopan Swamy’s body. A sample collected from the lungs should be tested. The police suspect that the scared ash may have entered the lungs from the burial crypt.
Gopan Swamy's post-mortem has been completed by Thursday evening. The body will be kept at the hospital today while the funeral will be held tomorrow at 3 pm on Friday. The final rites will be held with the participation of religious priests.
