Bodies of missing tenth class student cadets found in canal

PATHANAMTHITTA: The bodies of tenth class students, who went missing in Kidangannoor yesterday, have been found. The bodies of Abhiraj and Anandhunath were found from PAP canal. They were students of SVGHS at Nalkkalikkal in Kidangannoor.

The SPC student cadets were supposed to participate in the Republic Day parade celebrations today. The two went missing after they went to bathe in the canal last evening. The bodies were found 200 meters away in the search conducted by the fire brigade Sunday morning. Three students went to bathe in the canal. When one was swept away by strong undercurrents, the other tried to save him, but did not yield any results and both died.
