A 32-year-old woman has been arrested by police for strangling a young man to death during sex. The incident took place in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The young man, Iqbal, who ran a tailoring shop near the woman's residence, was killed. His body was found near his house two days ago. After a detailed investigation, the police arrested the accused on Sunday.
The two first met in the village where the woman lived. Later, they became friends and exchanged phone numbers. One day, Iqbal called the woman to his shop on the pretext of taking measurements and forcibly had physical intercourse with her. After this, he blackmailed the woman, citing that he had recorded phone conversations between them, and he would use it to destroy her family if she didn't comply.
The woman tried to resist Iqbal's advances, but he threatened and tortured her. Realising that the woman had fallen for his threats, the young man repeatedly forced her to have sex and continued to blackmail her. Last week, Iqbal went to drop off his wife at their house. The woman told the police that she had told Iqbal to meet her on the way back.
Iqbal, who came to meet her, gave the woman two sleeping pills to put her husband to sleep. After putting her husband to sleep, the woman called Iqbal at night. Since he was alone at home, Iqbal forced the woman to come to his house. The woman, who was tormented by Iqbal's blackmail, decided to either end her own life or kill Iqbal. The woman then came to Iqbal's house, strangled him to death, left his body at the bottom of the stairs, and returned to her own house.
