Gautam Adani's son Jeet ties the knot with Diva Jaimin Shah in intimate ceremony; Adani donates 10,000 crore for social causes

AHMEDABAD: Jeet Adani, the son of Gautam Adani, chairman of the Adani Group, got married in a modest and private ceremony. The bride, Diva Jaimin Shah, is the daughter of well-known Gujarati diamond businessman Jaimin Shah. The traditional Jain-Gujarati wedding took place at Shantigram Township in Ahmedabad, attended by close family and friends.

Meanwhile, in connection with his son's wedding, Gautam Adani has pledged Rs 10,000 crore towards social welfare initiatives. The funds will be used to build world-class hospitals, schools, and colleges that benefit the general public. Additionally, the Adani family has launched the 'Mangal Seva' initiative, which will provide financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh per year to 500 newly married differently-abled women.

Jeet Adani is the younger son of Gautam and Priti Adani. Adani had earlier announced that Jeet's marriage would take place in a simple manner without any extravagance.

Jeet Adani joined the Adani Group in 2019 after completing his education at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He currently leads Adani Airports and Adani Digital Labs. His wife, Diva Jaimin Shah, completed her education at the Parsons School of Design in New York. She is known to maintain a low profile, staying away from media attention. The couple’s engagement took place in March 2023.
