Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, often called the 'Greek God' for his looks, recently shared some secrets behind his well-maintained physique and youthful appearance. Hrithik Roshan has secured the fifth position in the world's most handsome man survey conducted by Techno Sports.

Roshan revealed that pure ghee is a key ingredient in his beauty routine. Ghee is known for its moisturising properties, which help to hydrate the skin, reduce dark circles below the eyes, and prevent lip dryness. It also helps to make the skin softer and brighter. Ghee contains vitamins A, D, E, and K, and fatty acids that are beneficial for the skin.

Roshan maintains his physique through a strict diet and exercise regimen. His fitness program includes a combination of strength training, rehabilitation, and core work.

Roshan's daily routine involves 60–70 minutes of weight training followed by 30–45 minutes of cardio. He incorporates exercises like boxing, kettlebell training, and cardio workouts. He also swims, rows, and runs.

Roshan's diet is a crucial part of his fitness journey. He consumes six daily meals that include a balanced mix of protein, fat, carbohydrates, and fibre from salads and vegetables. Roshan drinks over four litres of water daily.

Roshan maintains a consistent sleep schedule, avoids electronics during sleep time, and uses techniques such as grounding, red light therapy, ice baths, and massages.
