NEW DELHI: The CBSE has officially denied rumours of a paper leak in the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams, dismissing them as baseless. Some links are circulating on social media claiming that CBSE question papers can be accessed. However, the CBSE has confirmed that such claims are false.
According to the CBSE, these claims are baseless and are intended to create unnecessary panic among students and parents. The board also warned that strict legal action will be taken against those spreading false information. Parents have been advised not to believe any rumours circulating online, and the CBSE assured that accurate information will be updated through schools in a timely manner.
The CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 exams began last Saturday. Around 42 lakh students are taking the exams, which are being conducted across 7,842 centres in India. Additionally, 26 exam centres have been set up overseas. The Class 10 exams will conclude on March 18, while the Class 12 exams will end on April 4.
