Terrorist attack in Pakistan; 15 people including seven children killed

LAHORE: 15 people were killed and 30 people were injured in a terrorist attack at a military camp in Pakistan. According to reports, 7 children were killed in the attack. The attack took place at a military facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan. The military officially confirmed that six of the deceased were militants. The attack was carried out by vehicles loaded with explosives, which crashed into the military camp.

A nearby mosque was also destroyed in the attack and several people were killed. The injured people have been shifted to the hospital. Rescue operations are ongoing to extricate those trapped between the collapsed buildings and walls. The Pakistani Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack. This is the third attack in Pakistan since the beginning of Ramadan. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has demanded a report from senior police officials regarding the incident.
