Malayali youth found dead in Poland; body found from river, mystery increasing

WARSAW: A Malayali youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Poland. The deceased was a native of Vaikom. The man's body was found in a river in Poland. There was no information about the man since December 24 following which his relative then filed a complaint with the Polish police. The body was found during a subsequent investigation. It is reported that the man's close relatives have arrived in Poland. Further steps are being taken in conjunction with the embassy. The embassy authorities have not released the name and other information of the youth. An investigation is underway into the cause of death.
