THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Union minister of State Suresh Gopi reached Attukal temple on Wednesday with his wife Radhika. After darshan, Suresh Gopi took selfies with devotees and even responded to media queries about the ongoing conundrum in Koodalmanikyam temple.

On Koodalmanikyam temple:

“So amidst this graceful presence, there is poison too (jibe at media for coming up with triggering questions).

Maha Kumbh Mela:

“It is a textbook example of how to conduct an event. People who were mocking at Uttar Pradesh’s GDP are now left wondering.”

Suresh Gopi visited the protesting ASHA workers near the secretariat this morning with his wife Radhika, while on his way to Attukal temple.

Suresh Gopi said that he intervened in ASHA workers' issue not as a BJP member or an MP, but as a social activist.
