THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A K M Ashraf MLA raised BJP leader and former MLA P C George's hate speech in the assembly. Is it not possible for the police to chain him, asked Ashraf.
Ashraf raised the criticism during the discussion on the request for funds of various departments. Ashraf asked why the government is hesitant to take a strict stand against P C George, who is destroying the secularism of Kerala. He added that the police arrested P C George with two minds.
'Can't George be chained? The Karnataka government had imprisoned such people. Even though he violated the bail conditions, the police are not ready to touch P C George,' said Ashraf. Meantime, none of the ministers responded to this criticism.
