'Thank you for being on this journey of life with me'; Ahaana's Instagram post and Nimish Ravi's response

Actress Ahaana Krishna's absence from the promotions of the film 'Nancy Rani' was a topic of discussion recently. The director of the movie, Nyna, minced no words in her criticism of Ahaana, which the actor retorted to later.

And now, the actress posted another heartrending note on her Instagram showing her love for people, who came with unwavering support.

Ahaana Krishna:

I wanted to say something! So over the last maybe 2 weeks, with everything that was going on, every comment box I opened, not just on my profile but on various profiles and channels, the number of people who were vouching for me without even knowing my side of the story was just so heart warming! The number of people who were defending me and talking about my character as if I am someone they know so closely made me feel so protected and loved! I've always felt that as an Actor, I still have such a long way to go until a big group of people will step forward and take ownership of your craft and speak for you. But as a human-being, a small part of me felt so rewarded seeing so many of you hold my hand and take my side, just like you'd do to a friend of yours. Thank you for being on this journey of life with me and I wanted to say all of this so that you know that I have seen your love, I've felt it and I will always remember it! (sic)

Cinematographer and Ahaana's friend Nimish Ravi expressed his support for the actress. Nimish and Ahaana were found together at Ahaana’s sister Diya Krishnan’s wedding day. With rumours spreading within the industry, Nimish once cleared the air, saying Ahaana was her best friend and not his love interest. Many believe the statement to be a veneer to dodge media attention.
