Graduate student and dance teacher; 19 year old girl found hanging in Kozhikode

KOZHIKODE: A graduate student was found hanging in Vellur Kodenchery, Nadapuram. The deceased is Ananthan's daughter Chandana (19). Chandana, a second-year graduate student at Madappally Government College, is also a dance teacher. Chandana was found hanging this morning by children who had come to her house to learn dance. The family had gone out at that time. The body was shifted to the Nadapuram Government Hospital. The postmortem will be completed at the Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.

Class 10 students committed suicide at two places in Thiruvananthapuram. Ambadi Kannan (15), a native of Valiyakunnu, Attingal, hanged himself inside his house. Ambadi Kannan is a class 10 student of Pallipuram Kendriya Vidyalaya. The body has been shifted to the Medical College for postmortem after completing the inquest proceedings at the Attingal Taluk Hospital. A class 10 student was also found hanging in Maranalloor. The deceased was Vaishnavi, daughter of Veena of Minnu Nivas. She took her life by hanging herself from the clamp of a fan in the bedroom of the house. Vaishnavi is a student of Maranalloor DVN MMHSS. Attingal police and Maranalloor police have registered cases of unnatural death.
