Youth booked for brandishing air gun during Vengasserikavu Pooram

PALAKKAD: A youth was booked by police for brandishing an air gun during a temple festival in Thrithala. The police have registered a case against Diljith, a native of Othalur, Thrithala. The incident took place during the Vengasserikavu Pooram in Thrithala.

A case was registered for carelessly handling an air gun and brandishing it among the public. Police found that the youth took the air gun on rent from Perumpilavu. Diljith told police that he took the gun from a rental shop and didn’t know the machine was real.
