24-year-old IB officer found dead; body found on railway tracks in Thiruvananthapuram

A 24-year-old Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer, Megha, was found dead on railway tracks in Chakka, Thiruvananthapuram. Hailing from Pathanamthitta, Megha had been working in the immigration section at the international airport for about a year. She had left the airport in the morning after working the night shift.

Her body was discovered between the Pettah and Chakka railway stations. Local police arrived at the scene and transported her body to a hospital for further examination. Friends of Megha reported that she had been experiencing mental stress for some time, although the exact cause of her death remains unclear. The Pettah police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.
