THRISSUR: Revenue Minister K. Rajan praised Kerala Kaumudi for its dedication to social issues, which sets it apart from other newspapers. He was speaking at the Women's Conclave, "Amazing Women 2025", organised by Kerala Kaumudi at Hotel Joys Palace. The minister also highlighted the legacy of K. Sukumaran and highlighted that Kerala Kaumudi became a newspaper because of him.
Deputy Mayor M.L. Rosy presided over the event, while Prabhu Warrier, Deputy Editor of Kerala Kaumudi and Thrissur Unit Chief, delivered the introductory speech. The book 'Amazing Women 114', commemorating Kerala Kaumudi's 114th anniversary and featuring 114 women, was released by Spices Board-designated Chairperson Sangeetha Viswanathan.
Minister Rajan presented the awards during the event. Bureau Chief Bhasi Pangil welcomed the attendees, and Marketing DGM M.P. Gopalakrishnan delivered a vote of thanks. Narcotics SI K.G. Jayapradeep led the anti-drug pledge.
