14-year-old missing from Venjaramoodu found dead in well

VENJARAMOODU: The body of the missing 15-year-old boy was found in a well near his house. The body of Arjun, son of Anil Kumar of Venjaramoodu Thycadu Mulamkunnu Laksham Veedu Colony and Maya, was found in the well of an empty house Wednesday morning.

Arjun went missing on the evening of April 7. His family had filed a complaint in this regard at the Venjaramoodu police station. An investigation team led by Venjaramoodu Circle Inspector Anoop Krishna and locals were conducting an intense investigation. In the meantime, the body was found. He was a ninth class student of Pirappancode Higher Secondary School.

Venjaramoodu police and fire force reached the spot and took the body out. There were injuries on his face. It is suspected whether this was caused after hitting the ring inside the well. Police said that it is not possible to say whether there is any foul play in his death.
