THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Hotel owner assaulted over alleged low temperature of chicken curry. The incident took place at the Puzhayoram Hotel in Amaravila near Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram. The attack took place on Saturday night. Hotel owner Dileep was injured in the incident. A group of nine people led by Sajindas, a native of Neyyattinkara, had arrived at the hotel for dinner.

It is alleged that the chicken curry ordered by Sajin and his team was not hot enough when it was served to the table. Following this, an argument broke out between the two parties at the hotel. In the meantime, the team allegedly attacked Dileep with a soda bottle from the shop. Dileep, who was injured in the assault, was taken to the Neyyattinkara General Hospital and later to a private hospital in Neyyattinkara itself.

Dileep reached the Neyyattinkara police station after his hospital stay and filed a complaint stating that Sajin Das and his team had severely assaulted him with a soda bottle and injured him. Dileep has filed a complaint against nine people, including Sajin Das and Praveen. The Neyyattinkara police said that they are investigating the incident.
