Vava's daring act inside chilling Gavi forest; watch video

The Snake Master team, led by the legendary Vava Suresh, is on an exciting adventure as they travel from Moozhiyar to Gavi, located in the heart of the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. Our mission? To search for rare species of animals, particularly snakes, in the lush and dense forests of Gavi.

As we journey through these mesmerizing evergreen forests, known to be home to a rich variety of wildlife, the big catch remains the elusive King Cobras. This region is renowned for its substantial population of these majestic reptiles, and we’re hoping to capture some exciting footage of these incredible creatures. The dense forest setting promises challenges and rewards as we continue our search.

Vava forages into the forest and chance upon elephant droppings on the way into the lush green Gavi forest. Through his extensive experience of the jungle and wild animals, the snake master reckon the place to be hangout spot for bison and elephants during the night. And then comes the special guest of the evening—A medium sized 12ft long King cobra likely to be around 7 years old. It is scared and looks frozen. What happens next?
