'Okay if it happens'; Amidst strong rumours, Trisha Krishnan talks about marriage

The alleged close camaraderie between actress Trisha Krishnan and superstar Vijay was fodder for gossip in the recent past. Despite the rumours going a tad overboard, the two maintained silence over the issue. In a recent presser as part of the promotion of the movie ‘Thug Life’ alongside Kamal Haasan and Silambarasan TR, Trisha was asked about her personal life. The actress didn’t quaver at the question but was ready with a forthright reply.

“When you ask about marriage, I would say I don’t believe in the concept. I don’t believe in marriage. It is okay if it happens and okay too if it doesn’t,” said Trisha Krishnan.

This is Trisha’s first response about marriage amidst strong rumours of her long-standing bonhomie with actor Vijay.

Trisha and Vijay first appeared as a pair in the hit movie Ghilli (2004) and then continued to share screens in Thirupaachi, Aathi, Kuruvi, and most recently, Leo.
