Bomb threat for Kerala High Court; message on RDX presence received via e-mail

KOCHI: Fake bomb threat in the High Court. This morning, a message was received in the High Court's email that RDX had been placed on the court premises. The police were then informed. On the instructions of the Commissioner, the police and the bomb squad reached the spot and conducted an inspection for more than two hours.

The message was concluded to be fake as nothing was found to substantiate the threat. However, the High Court employees have been issued a cautionary note. They have also been specifically informed to inform if any suspicious bag or other items are found.
