THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A documentary is coming out praising Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. It is reported that the organization of CPM-friendly employees in the Secretariat is producing the documentary titled 'Pinarayi the Legend'. The documentary will be screened in the capital as part of the government's fourth-anniversary celebrations.
The cost is reported to be Rs 15 lakh. The director of the documentary is a native of Nemom. The theme covers the Chief Minister's biography, administrative achievements and leadership. The Secretariat Employees Association, a CPM-friendly organization, is preparing the documentary as a gift to Pinarayi, who is moving towards continued rule. Earlier, the association had prepared a praise song to sing when Pinarayi arrived for the inauguration of the Golden Jubilee building. The song was very controversial. The documentary is now being produced when that controversy is yet to subside.
