Actor Vishal collapses on stage, rushed to hospital

CHENNAI: Actor Vishal collapsed on the stage during a function in Tamil Nadu’s Villupuram. The incident happened when he came to attend the Miss Koovagam transgender beauty contest organized in Villupuram. The actor collapsing left his fans concerned. Vishal was the chief guest of the event. The organizers immediately rushed him to the nearby hospital.

Vishal's manager Hari Krishnan said the hospital authorities have not yet responded on the actor's health. The actor will be on two-day rest. The actor’s manager said the actor was having high fever and fatigue, likely worsened by skipping meals. He had contracted dengue in January and the actor had some health issues after that.

His fans were shocked on the health condition of the actor. The actor, who looked very tired, reached the stage with the help of an assistant. Moreover, Vishal's hands were shaking while speaking. The actor had come for the promotion event for his film 'Madha Gaja Raja'. He stumbled while speaking. Fans were curious to know as what happened to Vishal. Some Tamil media reported that Vishal had reached the stage with high fever.
