DUBAI: India to get the service of more flights from UAE. This will be a relief to the expatriates. IndiGo will start services from Fujairah to Kannur and Mumbai from May 15. The new service will help in bringing more tourists to Fujairah, Kannur and Mumbai.
The first flight will depart from Kannur at 8.55 am. It will arrive in Fujairah at 11.25 pm. The return flight will depart at 3.40 am and arrive in Kannur at 9 am. It will depart from Fujairah at 12.25 am. It will land in Mumbai at 4.50 am. It will depart at 1.10 am and arrive in Fujairah at 2.40 am. Passengers will also be offered discounts on duty-free products as part of the inauguration.
Fujairah is IndiGo's fifth sector in the UAE and its 41st in the international sector. The airline operates services to 132 domestic and international destinations, including 90 industrial cities in India. IndiGo is generally included in the list of budget airlines in India. The announcement of the new service in the UAE, where there are more Indians is, is a big advantage for expatriates. The service to Kannur is a blessing for Malayalees in the Malabar region.
