ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif confirmed Indian missile attack on the country’s important airbases. It was at a function held on Friday that Sharif opened up about the Indian attack for the first time. The Pakistani prime minister said that he was woken up by Army Chief General Asim Munir at 2.30 am, shortly after India carried out the attack.

"General Munir called me directly at 2:30 am and informed me about the attack. Munir apprised me of the Indian attack at Nur Khan airbase including many others.” This video of the Pakistani prime minister opening up has been made viral by BJP's national IT cell chief Amit Malviya on X.

Malviya quoted this as a testament to India’s valiant mission and asked doubters to watch it to keep aside all apprehension about India's precision attack.

India launched Operation Sindoor in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and inside Pakistan territory to avenge the dastardly Pahalgam terrorist attacks. Nine terrorist camps including Jaish headquarters were decimated by the air force in the attack.
