'I'm happy to share something very special with you all on this birthday'; Mohanlal announces surprise gift for fans

Today marks the 65th birthday of legendary actor Mohanlal. Fans across the globe are celebrating the superstar's birthday in a grand manner. Now, Mohanlal has come up with a special gift for his fans on his birthday. In a post shared on his Facebook page, he announced the upcoming release of his biography, titled ‘Mukharagam’.

"On this birthday, I'm happy to share something very special with you all. My biography Mukharagam, written by Balu Prakash, is being published by Mathrubhumi Books. The preface for the book has been written by M.T. Vasudevan Nair, one of Malayalam's beloved writers.

Mukharagam is a book that highlights the many layers of my acting journey, which has spanned over 47 years. It is the result of the dedicated efforts of writer Balu Prakash, who has travelled with me for several years and translated my life into words. This book, consisting of around a thousand pages, will be released on December 25, 2025, coinciding with the completion of 47 years of my film career. Thank you," Mohanlal said.

He also shared another heartwarming announcement- a collaborative initiative between the ViswaSanthi Foundation and Baby Memorial Hospital to provide liver transplants at reduced costs for deserving children from economically weaker sections of society.
